Grace is a registered patent agent specializing in the drafting and prosecution of technology patents. Before joining Fearn, she drafted and prosecuted patents at Morrison Foerster and Mintz, two of the world’s premier law firms for patent strategy and intellectual property. Her previous clients include large corporations in the fields of consumer electronics, defense, home appliances, robotics, electric vehicles, aviation, materials, medical devices, and machine learning. She has experience with curating large portfolios of both utility and design patents across US and international jurisdictions.

Grace holds a BSE in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University with a minor in materials science. She completed her senior thesis at the Princeton Space Physics Lab. Her research involved building laboratory infrastructure for NASA’s IMAP mission, such as testing and assembling the SWAPI solar wind instrument.
